  • • As an Inbound Sales Representative at Barkbus LLC, you will serve as the first human point of contact for customers seeking premium mobile dog grooming services, playing a pivotal role in converting leads into loyal, recurring clients while embodying the company’s mission to deliver joy to pets and their people through thoughtful, empathetic, and high-velocity customer interactions.
  • • You will manage high-volume inbound customer leads via phone, text, and other channels using Barkbus’ proven sales playbook, ensuring rapid, personalized responses that build rapport by understanding each pet parent’s unique needs, grooming preferences, and scheduling requirements to drive conversions and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling appointments for professional groomers, handling rescheduling and special requests with care, collaborating with operations and dispatch teams to optimize groomer efficiency through smart scheduling and route planning, and accurately documenting all interactions, outcomes, and follow-ups in the proprietary CRM tool, Marathon (with full training provided).
  • • You will proactively make outbound calls to resolve scheduling conflicts, follow up on leads, and secure new bookings, while maintaining consistent availability during assigned shifts to deliver a seamless, reliable customer experience that reflects Barkbus’ high standards of service and operational excellence.
  • • Working remotely from the Philippines as part of a distributed, collaborative team spanning the U.S., Philippines, and South America, you’ll contribute to a fun, ambitious, dog-loving culture that values speed, thoughtfulness, and empathy—where your efforts directly support Barkbus’ vision to become a generational leader in pet health and wellness by modernizing the grooming industry through technology and human-centered service.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in inbound or outbound sales, with demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes (up to 100 calls per day) while maintaining quality and customer focus.
  • • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred as a second language to better serve diverse customer bases.
  • • Strong attention to detail, a friendly and customer-centric attitude, and the ability to build rapport quickly by identifying customer needs and confidently articulating Barkbus’ value proposition.
  • • Proficiency in using CRM systems (training on Barkbus’ proprietary Marathon tool will be provided), reliable internet connection, and a dedicated remote workspace with a functioning computer and headset for clear voice communication.
  • • Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules to meet fluctuating customer intake demands, with the ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high accountability and self-direction.
