• • As a Sales Development Representative, Enterprise at Deel, you will play a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts across target customer segments, directly impacting the company’s bottom line by generating qualified leads that convert into closed business.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include driving growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating sales leads via phone, email, events, webinars, and campaigns, conducting follow-ups until meetings are set, identifying and understanding lead generation processes, and supporting the handoff to Account Executives.
• • You will collaborate with Deel’s world-class sales team to learn from seasoned professionals, contribute to building the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack, and develop email sequences and cold-call strategies to penetrate target accounts.
