• • As an Inbound Sales Representative at Barkbus LLC, you will be the first human point of contact for customers, playing a pivotal role in converting leads into long-term recurring customers by embodying the friendly and professional voice of a high-growth pet services company.
• • You will handle inbound calls and proactively make outbound calls to schedule new customers and resolve scheduling needs, with a minimum expectation of 70 calls per day, while managing leads through calls, texts, and other channels to maximize conversion.
• • You will work within a collaborative, high-quality team of dog-lovers that operates with thoughtfulness, empathy, and speed, driven by a mission to deliver joy to pets and their people as the fastest-growing pet health & wellness startup in the country.
• • You will develop expertise in consultative sales, CRM management (Marathon), customer relationship building, and sales performance tracking, with the opportunity to consistently meet or exceed daily targets of 7 bookings and $1,500 in revenue while building a career in a mission-driven, fast-paced startup environment.
