- • As an Inbound Sales Representative at A Place for Mom, you’ll be the trusted first point of contact for families searching for senior care solutions, playing a critical role in guiding caregivers toward the best care options for their loved ones.
- • You will work remotely from your home office in the Central Time zone, handling inbound, pre-screened leads by conducting in-depth consultation calls, educating families on senior care options, and acting as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after completing the 4-week new hire training program.
- • You’ll operate in a growing, fast-paced industry as an expert resource, delivering an exceptional experience aligned with the company’s mission to simplify the senior care search and support families through every stage of the aging journey.
- • In this role, you’ll develop strong consultative sales skills, deepen your knowledge of senior care services, and achieve measurable success by meeting daily production benchmarks — including referring families to communities and scheduling tours that drive move-ins — while embodying empathy and integrity in every interaction.
🎯 Requirements
- • Two or more years of experience in inside sales/inbound call center
- • History of exceeding sales targets
- • Ability to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer
- • Strong computer and typing skills necessary, including Word and Excel and ability to learn and navigate internal CRM system
