- • As an Inbound Sales Representative at A Place for Mom, you’ll be the trusted first point of contact for families searching for senior care solutions, playing a critical role in guiding caregivers toward the best care options for their loved ones.
- • You will work remotely from your home office in the Central Time zone, handling inbound, pre-screened leads by conducting in-depth consultation calls, educating families on senior care options, and matching them with suitable senior living communities or home care providers after completing the 4-week new hire training program.
- • You will operate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where success is measured by daily production benchmarks, including inbound and outbound call volume, referrals to communities, and tour scheduling that drives move-ins.
- • A Place for Mom is the nation’s leading senior care referral platform, connecting families to over 15,000 vetted providers since 2000, with a culture rooted in empathy, integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- • In this role, you will develop strong consultative sales skills, deepen your knowledge of the senior care industry, and gain experience in CRM systems while making a meaningful impact on families during emotionally significant life transitions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center
- • Proven history of exceeding sales targets
- • Ability to multitask effectively, including talking on the phone while taking notes on the computer
- • Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel, and ability to learn internal CRM systems
- • Commitment to schedule adherence for assigned shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

- • Base salary of $45,760 per year ($22.00/hour)
- • On Target Earnings of $74,000 with uncapped variable bonus potential
