- • As an Inbound Sales Representative at A Place for Mom, you’ll be the trusted first point of contact for families searching for senior care solutions, playing a critical role in guiding caregivers toward the best care options for their loved ones.
- • You will work remotely from your home office in the Central Time zone, handling inbound, pre-screened leads by conducting in-depth consultation calls, educating families on customized senior care options, and matching them with suitable senior living communities or home care providers.
- • You’ll join a mission-driven team at A Place for Mom, the nation’s leading platform for senior care guidance, where empathy, integrity, and teamwork are core values and every role contributes to improving families’ lives during the aging journey.
- • In this role, you’ll develop strong consultative sales skills, deepen your knowledge of the senior care industry, and achieve measurable success by meeting daily production benchmarks, scheduling tours, and driving move-ins — all while making a meaningful impact on families navigating complex care decisions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center roles
- • Proven history of exceeding sales targets
- • Ability to multitask effectively, including talking on the phone while taking notes on the computer
- • Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel, and the ability to learn and navigate internal CRM systems
- • Commitment to schedule adherence for a 40-hour workweek, including potential evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on business needs

- • Base salary of $45,760 per year ($22.00 per hour)
- • On Target Earnings of $74,000 per year, including uncapped variable bonus potential
