📋 Description

• As an Inbound Sales Representative at A Place for Mom, you’ll be the trusted first point of contact for families searching for senior care solutions, playing a critical role in connecting caregivers with vetted senior living communities and home care providers.
• You will work remotely from your home office in the Pacific Time zone, handling inbound, pre-screened leads by conducting in-depth initial consultation calls, educating families on customized senior care options, and acting as a liaison between families and care providers after completing the 4-week new hire training program.
• You’ll operate in a growing, fast-paced industry as an expert resource, delivering an exceptional experience aligned to the company mission of simplifying the senior care journey for families.
• A Place for Mom is the nation’s leading platform guiding families through the aging journey, connecting caregivers to over 15,000+ vetted providers since 2000, with a mission-driven culture rooted in empathy, integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• In this role, you will develop strong consultative sales skills, deepen your knowledge of senior care options, and achieve measurable success by meeting daily production benchmarks that drive family satisfaction and move-in outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center environments
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets
• Ability to multitask effectively, including talking on the phone while taking notes on the computer
• Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and navigate internal CRM systems
• Commitment to working a 40-hour hourly, non-exempt schedule with potential evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on business needs
