📋 Description

• As an Inbound Sales Representative at A Place for Mom, you’ll be the trusted first point of contact for families searching for senior care solutions, playing a critical role in guiding caregivers toward the best care options for their loved ones.
• You will work remotely from your home office in the Pacific Time zone, handling inbound, pre-screened leads by conducting in-depth consultation calls, educating families on customized senior care options, and acting as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after completing the 4-week new hire training program.
• You’ll operate in a growing, fast-paced industry as an expert resource, delivering an exceptional experience aligned to the company mission of simplifying the senior care search and helping families focus on what matters most.
• A Place for Mom is the leading platform connecting families to over 15,000+ vetted senior living communities and home care agencies, driven by core values including Mission Over Me, Do Hard Things, Drive Outcomes as a Team, Win The Right Way, and Embrace Change.
• In this role, you will develop strong consultative sales skills, deepen your knowledge of senior care solutions, and achieve measurable success by meeting daily production benchmarks such as referring families to communities and scheduling tours that drive move-ins.

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center environments
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets
• Ability to multitask effectively, including talking on the phone while taking notes on the computer
• Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel, and the ability to learn and navigate internal CRM systems
• Willingness to work a 40-hour hourly, non-exempt schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts based on business needs

• Base salary of $45,760 per year ($22.00 per hour) with on-target earnings of $74,000, including an uncapped variable bonus
