- • As an Inbound Sales Representative, SME & Growth (Thai speaking) at Airwallex, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth across Southeast Asia by serving as the primary point of contact for Thai-speaking SME prospects, guiding them through the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach to activation and beyond. Your work directly contributes to expanding Airwallex’s footprint in one of the world’s most dynamic fintech markets, helping businesses unlock seamless cross-border payments and financial operations.
- • You will manage the end-to-end sales funnel for inbound leads, including proactive outreach, qualification, solution pitching, product education, onboarding, and activation — ensuring a world-class customer experience that reflects Airwallex’s mission to empower global businesses with integrated financial infrastructure.
- • Daily responsibilities include making 40+ outbound calls per day to qualified leads, leveraging data-driven insights to identify pain points and tailor Airwallex’s suite of products — including business accounts, global payments, spend management, and treasury solutions — to meet the specific needs of Thai SMEs and startups.
- • You will act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Marketing and Partnerships teams to refine lead generation strategies, share field insights, and optimize messaging and campaigns for maximum conversion and revenue impact in the Southeast Asian market.
- • Beyond sales, you will champion customer adoption by educating clients on how to fully leverage Airwallex’s platform, monitoring usage, troubleshooting early-stage issues, and ensuring smooth transitions to long-term success — directly influencing retention and expansion opportunities.
- • You will maintain rigorous operational discipline by consistently updating CRM records (Salesforce), supporting forecasting and reporting efforts, and adhering to sales processes that enable scalability, transparency, and team-wide alignment on KPIs such as call volume, meetings booked, and clients onboarded.

🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in both Thai and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage prospects and internal stakeholders confidently and clearly.
- • Proven ability to handle high-volume outreach, including making 40+ outbound calls per day, demonstrating strong resilience, discipline, and time management to meet or exceed activity and revenue targets.
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or a related field — though highly motivated candidates with less experience who demonstrate founder-like energy and a track record of results are encouraged to apply.
