🎯 Requirements

  • A current and valid Property & Casualty insurance license in Arizona.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating and closing leads, with a demonstrated willingness to engage in proactive outreach methods such as door-to-door, cold calling, and community event participation.
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive, characterized by a high degree of self-motivation, a desire for autonomy, a focus on growth, and a performance-based compensation mindset.
