📋 Description

  • Are you a passionate and skilled Occupational Health Nurse (IDEST) looking to revolutionize workplace health from the comfort of your home? Alan, a pioneering health partner, is seeking a 100% remote Occupational Health Nurse to join our innovative 'Prévenir' team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of occupational health within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment, leveraging cutting-edge digital tools to deliver exceptional care and prevention.
  • As a key member of our 'Prévenir' service, you will be at the forefront of building tomorrow's occupational health landscape. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around conducting remote occupational health consultations and developing innovative, distance-based collective prevention actions. This role demands a strong foundation in occupational health principles, a minimum of three years of experience in the field, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technologically driven setting.
  • 'Prévenir' is an innovative inter-company occupational health and prevention service operating in the Île-de-France region. By joining us, you'll be part of an exciting challenge that requires creativity, a forward-thinking mindset, and a genuine interest in new technologies. We are committed to making health benefits a valuable investment for employers, moving beyond the traditional cost-center model.
  • *Teleconsultations:**
  • Conduct remote Information and Prevention Visits (VIPs): You will be responsible for performing initial and periodic VIPs via teleconsultation, strictly adhering to medical protocols. This involves meticulously gathering occupational health data, analyzing the crucial link between an employee's health and their work environment, and expertly identifying and referring complex cases requiring a physician's specialized opinion.
  • Individual Employee Follow-up: Provide comprehensive follow-up for employees, ensuring adherence to medical recommendations, including necessary adjustments and restrictions in their work environment. You will dispense tailored occupational health advice, offer dedicated support to employees with disabilities or chronic conditions, and proactively identify at-risk situations such as potential disengagement, psychosocial risks (RPS), and substance abuse.
  • Coordination with the Medical Team: Maintain seamless communication with the occupational physician, reporting on complex cases and actively participating in multidisciplinary team meetings conducted via videoconference. Accurate and timely documentation within the computerized medical records (DMST) is essential for maintaining a clear and comprehensive patient history.
  • *Remote Workplace Interventions:**
  • Remote Process Evaluation: Contribute to evaluating and improving workplace processes through remote assessment and analysis.
  • Digital Collective Prevention Development: Play an integral role in co-constructing digital prevention materials with the team. This includes designing and delivering engaging thematic webinars on topics such as Musculoskeletal Disorders (TMS), Psychosocial Risks (RPS), healthy lifestyle choices, and managing screen time. You will also be instrumental in developing innovative digital prevention pathways to reach a wider audience.
  • Collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Team: Foster strong collaborative relationships with the entire multidisciplinary team, ensuring a holistic approach to employee well-being. Actively participate in health surveillance and the identification of emerging weak signals within the workforce. Contribute significantly to collective prevention initiatives, including targeted campaigns and cross-functional projects.
  • *Innovation and Continuous Improvement:**
  • Embrace and deploy new digital tools specifically designed for occupational health, providing valuable feedback for optimization.
  • Contribute to refining and enhancing teleconsultation protocols to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Participate in exciting pilot projects involving Artificial Intelligence (AI) in health prevention, helping to explore and implement future-oriented solutions.
  • Proactively propose improvements to existing processes and practices, driving operational excellence.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of technological advancements and innovations within the e-health sector, ensuring Alan remains at the cutting edge of digital health solutions.
  • This role is ideal for an autonomous, proactive, and empathetic nurse who is eager to leverage technology to enhance occupational health outcomes and contribute to a healthier, more productive workforce.
