- • As an Influencer Account Manager at Dulcedo Management Inc., you will elevate the agency’s legacy of white-glove service by managing relationships with clients, talents, and internal teams to shape distinctive brand identities and sophisticated digital strategies that empower talent to excel in their careers and personal brand development.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing and executing negotiated partnerships from start to finish, tracking performance via KPIs and reporting insights, developing content strategies using social media analytics and trends, collaborating with talents and team members to maintain consistent social media presence, assisting in talent onboarding and quarterly planning, managing day-to-day talent activities, handling inbound PR requests and event invitations, contributing to outbound strategies like talent sourcing and brand pitches, attending on-site productions and talent events for on-site support, and leveraging industry tools to stay current on trends.

🎯 Requirements
- • Over 1 year of experience working in influencer marketing or PR, either in-house or within an agency
- • Proven experience in communicating directly with both talents and corporate clients
- • Strong mediation abilities with experience in negotiating, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations
- • High organizational skills with a proven track record in task management, handling details, meeting multiple deadlines, following processes and multitasking effectively
- • Knowledge in managing influencer/talent partnerships and assessing social media metrics and industry KPIs
- • Understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, and public relations
