- • As our Influencer & Affiliates Partnership Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with key influencers and affiliate partners worldwide. This is a hands-on role with full ownership, requiring you to not only devise the strategy but also execute it with precision and creativity. You will be the driving force behind our creator-led growth initiatives, transforming collaborations into tangible, measurable business results.
- • Your core responsibilities will include:
- • Owning and executing the global influencer and affiliate strategy: This encompasses a multi-channel approach, spanning popular platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as professional networks like LinkedIn where relevant. You'll also dive deep into the wider affiliate ecosystem, including blogs, newsletters, comparison sites, online communities, and other niche platforms that reach our target audience of small business owners.
- • Identifying, vetting, and onboarding high-quality partners: Your keen eye for talent and strategic alignment will be crucial. You will meticulously identify creators and affiliate partners whose content, audience, and values resonate with the Sintra brand, ensuring authentic and effective collaborations.
- • Negotiating lucrative and scalable partnerships: You will be responsible for negotiating contracts, defining commission structures, and establishing partnership terms. The focus will always be on maximizing Return on Investment (ROI), ensuring scalability for future growth, and maintaining operational efficiency.
- • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance: Data is key to success. You will implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor the performance of all influencer and affiliate campaigns. Through in-depth analysis, you will identify trends, derive actionable insights, and report on key metrics, continuously iterating on strategies to maximize revenue and overall impact.
- • Collaborating with internal teams: You'll work closely with our creative and performance marketing teams to strategically repurpose high-performing creator content for use in paid advertising campaigns and other growth channels, extending the reach and impact of successful collaborations.
- • Building and maintaining long-term relationships: Beyond one-off campaigns, your goal is to cultivate enduring relationships with top creators, affiliates, and brand ambassadors. This focus on lifetime value will ensure sustained engagement and advocacy for Sintra.
- • Developing and refining processes: As a hands-on self-starter, you'll be comfortable building and optimizing processes from the ground up, establishing best practices for partner management and campaign execution.

- • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with a track record of building successful partnerships.
- • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, optimize, and report on campaign results effectively.
- • Hands-on, self-starter mentality, comfortable building processes from scratch and taking initiative.
- • Fluent in English.
