📋 Description

• As an Influencer Marketing Manager at Speak AI Inc., you will develop and scale influencer campaigns in Japan, playing a key role in expanding the reach of an AI-powered language learning app that is transforming how people learn languages globally.
• You will build and align on measurement strategies, plan and execute influencer campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter, drive operational excellence, ensure creative quality, and conduct tests and experiments to scale creative partnerships.
• You will join a tight-knit, high-impact team at Speak AI, a leading AI company backed by top investors including OpenAI and Accel, with offices in San Francisco, Seoul, Tokyo, Taipei, and Ljubljana, and a mission to reinvent language learning through conversation-first AI tutoring.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the company’s growth in Japan, deepen your expertise in influencer marketing and growth mechanics, work with global teams, and contribute to a mission that improves lives through language learning.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing, with at least some experience in influencer/creator marketing
• Deep understanding of the mechanics of growth in Japan
• Native Japanese and Business English proficiency
• Proven ability to work independently, proactively, under pressure, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with marketing measurement strategies and their execution
