Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is seeking a highly motivated and meticulous Influencer Partnerships Vetting Coordinator to join our team for an intensive, short-term project. This role is crucial in ensuring the integrity and success of our influencer campaigns by meticulously vetting creators for brand safety and strategic alignment with our clients' objectives.
- • As a leading full-service digital agency, content studio, and incubator, DMM specializes in creating "always-entertaining" social-first marketing campaigns. We partner with major movie studios, television networks, streaming services, and prominent consumer brands to develop groundbreaking social media strategies. Our expertise spans fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and, critically, strategic influencer-brand partnerships. This project is a direct reflection of our commitment to excellence in identifying and onboarding the right talent for our clients.
- • In this 2-week project sprint, you will be at the forefront of our influencer vetting process. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough reviews of potential influencer partners, ensuring they meet stringent brand safety standards and align perfectly with our clients' competitive landscapes and marketing goals. This involves a deep dive into creator content, audience demographics, past collaborations, and overall online presence to identify any potential risks or conflicts.
- • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a keen understanding of the nuances of online content and creator ecosystems. You will be tasked with identifying creators who not only have a strong engagement but also uphold the values and image of the brands we represent. This requires a critical eye for potential red flags, such as inappropriate content, controversial past statements, or affiliations that could negatively impact a brand's reputation.
- • Your role will involve working closely with the Partnerships team, providing them with comprehensive reports and insights derived from your vetting process. You will need to effectively communicate your findings, highlighting both the strengths and potential weaknesses of each creator. This collaborative effort is essential for making informed decisions about which influencers to onboard for upcoming campaigns.
- • Fluency in both Japanese and English is a non-negotiable requirement for this position. You will be expected to understand and analyze content created in Japanese, as well as communicate your findings and insights effectively in English to the DMM team. This linguistic capability is vital for assessing creators within the Japanese market and ensuring seamless communication within our international team.
- • This is a remote, full-time (40 hours per week) position for a dedicated 2-week period, scheduled to commence in early May. We are looking for someone who can commit fully during this intensive sprint, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic. This project offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment within a leading digital media agency.
