- • Lead the Enterprise Hardware Asset Management (HAM) program at First American Financial Corporation, a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® honoree for ten consecutive years, ensuring regulatory compliance, audit readiness, cost optimization, and strong governance across the full hardware lifecycle to protect enterprise assets and reduce operational and compliance risk in a regulated financial services environment.
- • Manage a team of technical professionals by conducting performance reviews, hiring, developing talent, and providing day-to-day leadership while overseeing asset procurement controls, inventory governance, deployment, transfer, disposition, maintenance, warranty tracking, and endpoint governance across a distributed, remote workforce.
- • Administer and govern hardware asset tracking platforms including ServiceNow HAM, Absolute Console, Microsoft Intune, and SCCM, ensuring accurate inventory reporting, reconciliation, and documentation to support financial, regulatory, and audit requirements aligned with FFIEC guidance, COBIT 2019, and internal GRC standards.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Infrastructure, Security, Procurement, Finance, and Risk Management teams to align asset controls with enterprise risk management, financial planning, and regulatory expectations, while leading internal, external, regulatory, vendor, and licensing audit responses related to hardware assets.
- • Define and publish KPIs related to inventory accuracy, compliance, asset recovery, risk mitigation, and cost optimization; identify and recommend automation and tooling enhancements to improve governance and reporting maturity; and develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standard operating controls to mitigate cybersecurity, endpoint, and physical asset risk.
- • Support audit, regulatory, or operational needs outside normal business hours as required, and provide input to and administer cost center spending, including capital asset and purchase order decisions, to optimize hardware lifecycle costs and capital asset utilization across the enterprise.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure or hardware asset management.
- • 3-5 years of lead, supervisory, or management experience in a technical environment.
- • Hands-on experience governing ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management, Absolute Console, Microsoft Intune reporting, and SCCM reporting.
