- • The Infusion Coordinator at NIRA Medical Inc. manages the end-to-end order processing for infusion services, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication for neurology patients in Tampa, Clearwater, and Lutz, FL.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing intake duties for infusion orders, verifying insurance eligibility, communicating with patients and providers, assisting with copay assistance program enrollment, educating patients on pre/post-infusion expectations, scheduling appointments, and coordinating drug orders prior to infusion.
- • The role operates within the MS & Neuromuscular Center of Excellence, a leader in neurological care known for exceptional outcomes, compassionate service, and a patient-first approach, supported by board-certified neurologists, nurse practitioners, nurses, and researchers.
- • The Infusion Coordinator will develop expertise in neurology-focused infusion workflows, insurance authorization processes, clinical documentation review, and patient education, with opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding practice specializing in Multiple Sclerosis, Neuromuscular, and General Neurology.
