📋 Description
- • An Infusion Nurse II provides intermediate direct patient care in home or alternate infusion suite settings, ensuring patient safety and continuity of care under a physician’s plan of care. This part-time role offers a hybrid schedule split between infusion suites and in-home visits, with 20+ hours per week, allowing flexibility while delivering critical healthcare services.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include initiating and implementing nursing care plans, assessing patient status, administering medications, educating patients and families, coordinating discharge planning, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, responding to patient requests, and providing mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s. The role also involves troubleshooting central lines, participating in on-call duties, and adhering to strict safety and compliance standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
- • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- • Current CPR certification required
- • Required licensure to operate a motor vehicle with access to a vehicle for business travel and proof of liability insurance
- • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- • 1-2 years of previous infusion nursing experience preferred
