📋 Description
- • Develop the sales and achieve commercial objectives on your sector.
- • Build and maintain durable relationships with laboratories, healthcare establishments, and key decision-makers.
- • Identify new commercial opportunities and implement action plans tailored to each client and prospect.
- • Position yourself as a privileged interlocutor with strategic and operational decision-makers to strengthen long-term partnerships.
- • Actively participate in the preparation and response to public and private tender calls.
- • Analyze commercial performance, track results, and propose improvement actions.
- • Ensure the update of customer data and commercial reporting within the allotted deadlines.
- • Deploy marketing actions and commercial development plans defined by the company.
- • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Technical Support, Customer Service, and Sales teams to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality requirements, and security and confidentiality rules.
🎯 Requirements
- • A higher education degree in commerce, engineering, life sciences, or an equivalent field.
- • 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in the diagnostics, medical devices, life sciences, or complex sales cycles.
- • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of relationality.
- • A strong ability to negotiate, convince, and influence your interlocutors.
- • An initiative spirit, a strong customer orientation, and a results culture.
- • A strong team spirit and ability to work independently.
- • A good level of English to exchange in an international environment.
