  • • As an Innovation Manager, R&D at Clario, you will help define the future of clinical trial endpoint technology by identifying and shaping AI‑enabled opportunities that drive new revenue and operational efficiencies in regulated healthcare environments.
  • • Day to day, you will engage with customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to uncover unmet needs, explore AI and data innovations (such as machine learning, generative AI, and computer vision), lead discovery workshops, define experiment/MVP charters, and collaborate with AI/ML, data science, product, and engineering teams to translate concepts into validated initiatives.

  • • In this role, you will develop strategic thinking and execution skills in AI‑driven product innovation, gain experience shaping early‑stage concepts into measurable business outcomes, and build influence across technical and commercial teams while contributing to Clario’s leadership in healthcare technology advancement.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred
  • • 7+ years of experience in software, data, or product environments including discovery and early-stage concept work
  • • Strong AI and data literacy with ability to discuss ML, generative AI, computer vision, and workflow automation with technical experts
  • • Proven track record of identifying and shaping new product or capability opportunities, ideally AI‑ or data‑driven, through early validation
  • • Experience engaging directly with customers, partners, and stakeholders to uncover pain points and translate them into clear problem statements
  • • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with AI/ML, data science, product, and engineering teams without direct authority
  • • Comfort working in Agile environments, partnering with Product Owners and using experiments/MVPs to test hypotheses
  • • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to size opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and connect innovation to measurable business outcomes
  • • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for leading workshops and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • • Mindset oriented toward experimentation, learning, and productive failure with resilience to iterate based on feedback
  • • Experience in regulated healthcare, life sciences, or clinical trials is a strong plus; domain curiosity and willingness to learn are essential
