- • As an Inside Account Manager at CDK Global, you will develop relationships with customers to sell layered applications, grow revenue, and optimize customer experience by generating interest, qualifying prospects, presenting solutions, and closing sales to meet monthly goals through consultative selling.
- • Day to day, you will uncover dealer needs and present appropriate products and solutions, follow up with inbound leads within 24 hours, advance leads through the sales cycle, spend 70% of client time via phone calls, emails, and video conferences, and create and deliver presentations, quotes, proposals, and summary documents.
- • You will work closely with the outside account executive to help close deals, manage renewal cycles, prepare and conduct business reviews, and collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through daily communications and follow-ups.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- • 3+ years of sales experience (inside or outside), preferably in technology sales
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using Salesforce.com
- • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- • Strong time management and organizational abilities
- • Customer-focused and results-driven mindset with the ability to sell, negotiate, persuade, and influence
