- • The Inside Partner Sales Manager (IPSM) is a quota-bearing, individual contributor role responsible for engaging, educating, and enabling indirect channel partners and technology solutions distributors to successfully sell Comcast Business solutions through the Trusted Advisor program. This role drives revenue performance by ensuring partners are equipped to deliver solutions to end-user customers in a virtual environment with up to 25% national travel.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include driving incremental monthly sales to meet or exceed budget objectives, remotely recruiting and training partners, serving as a liaison for sales-related issues and escalations, collaborating with internal teams (sales engineering, finance, etc.), negotiating deal pricing, educating partners on Comcast Business portfolios, ensuring consistent product installation completion, and providing accurate weekly forecast funnels via internal CRMs. The role requires regular, consistent attendance with flexibility for nights, weekends, and overtime.

- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in indirect channel sales, deepen knowledge of telecommunications and networking technologies (including OSI layers 2 & 3, WAN, CPE, LAN), strengthen consultative selling and partner enablement skills, and gain experience in forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and quota achievement within a high-growth, innovative technology organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of experience managing indirect channel partner sales relationships
- • Keen knowledge of the telecommunications industry and IP packet-switched technology
- • Understanding of data, voice, and video applications and Integrated Access Devices
- • Comprehension of WAN, CPE, and LAN architecture and topology
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills
- • Ability to build effective internal relationships with regional resources to support partners
