- • As an Inside Sales Specialist at SOTI Inc., you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and prospects, driving revenue growth by maximizing opportunities within the existing account base through strategic upselling, renewals, and proactive engagement. This role is critical to sustaining SOTI’s market leadership in enterprise mobility solutions by ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and expanding product adoption across a defined region.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include presenting SOTI’s value proposition warmly and professionally over phone and email, taking full ownership of customer accounts to increase scope and value, meeting renewal targets, creating accurate price quotes, and resolving customer needs promptly. You will actively collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams, plan and execute targeted sales campaigns to grow existing accounts, manage your sales pipeline with accurate forecasting, and collaborate cross-functionally with Outside Sales Executives, Solutions Engineers, Channel Partners, and Marketing to align on strategy and execution.
- • You will maintain deep product and technical knowledge of SOTI’s mobile device management solutions, stay current on industry trends, and handle high volumes of inbound and outbound communications while communicating special offers and promotions effectively. Building and strengthening relationships with key influencers and decision-makers will be central to your success, as will your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where initiative and results are highly valued.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience in high-volume B2B sales or renewals, preferably within the technology sector
- • Strong phone presence and proven ability to thrive in high-volume customer interaction environments
- • Proficiency in interpersonal, communication, and computer skills, with excellent English language proficiency
- • Experience with Salesforce is desirable; basic knowledge of mobile technology is a plus
- • Self-starter mindset with initiative, goal-driven attitude, and ability to collaborate effectively in team-oriented, fast-paced settings
