  • • As an Inside Sales Account Executive for Altair at Vision Service Plan, you will creatively solicit and develop sales of Altair frames to end-user doctors within an assigned territory to exceed quota targets and meet revenue goals.
  • • Day to day, you will develop creative sales strategies to contact prospects, represent Altair in all sales activities, work independently while collaborating with partners, and develop account-specific sales plans to drive revenue growth in managed base accounts.
  • • You will be part of a dynamic sales team at VSP Vision, a leader in vision care, where you’ll collaborate with internal divisions and extended customer teams to deliver a responsive, solution-centric customer experience.
  • • In this role, you will learn to apply innovative solutions to customer business problems, deepen your understanding of customer needs, leverage Altair’s full product portfolio for cross-selling and lead-sharing, and strengthen your CRM and sales process expertise while building long-term client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Three years of sales experience
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • • Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to meet activity targets and perform predictable sales processes
  • • Demonstrated track record in meeting sales/revenue goals with major account responsibility and strong sales closing skills
  • • Familiarity with PC applications
  • • Ability to achieve established product/sales learning curve to meet sales and revenue goals
