- • As an Inside Sales & Support Specialist at Arxada, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experience and driving commercial success by ensuring smooth sales operations and delivering exceptional service to clients across global markets. Your contributions will directly support Arxada’s mission to protect nutrition, health, and infrastructure through innovative chemistry and biotechnology solutions, helping the company maintain its position as a trusted partner in over 100 countries.
- • You will process priority inside-sales transactions for customers generating under $50,000 in annual sales, ensuring speed, accuracy, and high satisfaction by managing order entry, validation, and fulfillment with meticulous attention to detail.
- • You will qualify inbound leads through research and outreach, assess their viability, and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives to accelerate the sales cycle and support revenue growth.
- • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interaction records, sales activities, and transaction histories in CRM systems (such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics), enabling data-driven decision-making and seamless handoffs across teams.
- • You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional, timely, and solution-oriented manner, resolving issues and escalating when necessary to ensure a positive customer journey.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to coordinate timely deliveries, resolve billing or shipment discrepancies, and support end-to-end order fulfillment.
- • You will prepare and distribute sales performance metrics, forecasts, and reporting dashboards to support sales leadership in tracking progress against goals and identifying trends.
- • You will support lead generation efforts by conducting market research, identifying prospects, and executing outbound outreach campaigns to expand the sales pipeline.
- • You will maintain product catalogs, pricing sheets, and promotional materials, ensuring sales teams have access to current and accurate information for customer engagements.
- • You will monitor inventory levels and partner with supply chain teams to anticipate demand, prevent stockouts, and support timely replenishment for key customer accounts.
- • You will provide administrative support for sales meetings, presentations, and internal or external events, including scheduling, material preparation, and follow-up coordination.
- • You will partner with the Distribution Manager and channel partners to coordinate product trials for new customer leads, facilitating hands-on evaluation and accelerating conversion.
- • You will develop deep knowledge of Arxada’s product portfolio across its two core divisions — Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) and Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE) — enabling you to speak confidently about applications in paints & coatings, wood protection, personal care, and high-performance materials.
- • You will grow your expertise in CRM platforms, sales operations, B2B sales processes, and cross-functional collaboration, positioning yourself for advancement into roles such as Sales Coordinator, Account Manager, or Sales Operations Analyst within Arxada’s global commercial organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Strong organizational abilities, with the capability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced setting.
- • High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
