  • • As an Inside Sales Development Representative focused on Perk Events, you will serve as the dedicated growth engine for expanding the Events and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) proposition within Perk’s existing client base, deepening relationships and converting current accounts into repeat-event buyers without pursuing new logos.
  • • You will drive revenue growth by uncovering untapped event spend, mapping stakeholder landscapes, and identifying seasonal triggers such as team off-sites, sales kick-offs, and product launches to engage accounts ahead of planning cycles, ensuring Perk becomes the natural home for clients’ full events calendar.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting structured discovery conversations with existing Perk account contacts to uncover current events spend, upcoming programmes, and unmet needs, while building and maintaining a qualified opportunity pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting and data hygiene.
  • • You will articulate Perk Events’ value proposition—covering venue sourcing, event management, incentive travel, and conferencing—to stakeholders at all levels, qualify and brief leads for smooth handover to the Events conversion team, and build genuine, multi-threaded relationships that extend beyond day-to-day contacts to engage senior decision-makers and budget holders.
  • • Acting as the bridge between commercial account relationships and the Events/MICE proposition, you will collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure joined-up client engagement, own and manage your pipeline in CRM, report weekly on activity metrics and pipeline health, and share market intelligence and client feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy.

  • • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative sales skills, deepen your expertise in the MICE and corporate events landscape, and gain experience influencing complex organisational structures without authority—positioning yourself for growth into senior account strategy or sales leadership roles within Perk’s expanding Events division.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Demonstrable experience in business development, account growth, or sales within the events SaaS space, corporate travel management (TMC), events agency, or hospitality group.
  • • Proven track record of growing revenue within an existing account base through structured outbound prospecting, demonstrating a hunter mentality rather than reliance on inbound leads.
  • • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to build rapport quickly, navigate complex organisations, and influence without authority.
  • • Excellent communication and video skills, with fluency in English at a professional business standard, both written and spoken.
  • • Experience working in European and/or North American markets, with comfort managing pipelines, forecasting accurately, and working to revenue targets in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • • Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering value before extracting it, combined with hunger, ambition, ethical judgment, and the ability to work as an individual contributor while remaining collaborative and supportive.
