🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6 years of total work experience, with the last 2–3 years in end-to-end sales roles at SaaS companies, demonstrating consistent success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- • Self-motivation and goal-orientation with excellent time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- • Certifications in sales or related fields (e.g., Certified Inside Sales Professional) (Nice-to-Have).
- • Experience working with international clients or in a global sales environment (Nice-to-Have).
- • Multilingual proficiency to communicate with clients across different regions of India (Nice-to-Have).
