Salonkee S.A. is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive (m/w/d) to spearhead the launch of a groundbreaking new digital product within our existing customer base of salon owners. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a strategic product introduction, directly contributing to the company's growth and empowering our clients with new value and revenue streams.
- • In this hands-on sales role, you will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll be instrumental in shaping and refining sales processes from the ground up, leveraging your expertise in consultative selling to connect with clients and drive adoption of our innovative new offering. Your primary focus will be on guiding the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our salon partners.
- • Your core responsibilities will encompass a proactive approach to client engagement. You will be responsible for identifying and contacting existing Salonkee customers, presenting the compelling benefits of our new product suite, and effectively articulating how it can enhance their business operations and profitability. This involves not just presenting features, but understanding the unique challenges and aspirations of salon owners and tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs.
- • A key aspect of this role is your ability to excel in consultative selling. You will conduct in-depth sales conversations, actively listening to understand client requirements, pain points, and business objectives. Based on this understanding, you will skillfully position our new digital product as the optimal solution, demonstrating its value proposition and ROI. This requires a deep understanding of our product and the salon industry.
- • Beyond direct sales, you will be a crucial contributor to process optimization. Your real-world interactions with clients will provide invaluable insights. You will help define and refine sales scripts, outreach messaging, and objection-handling techniques based on authentic customer conversations. This iterative process of feedback and refinement will be essential for maximizing sales effectiveness and ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience.
- • Meticulous CRM management is vital for success. You will be responsible for diligently maintaining and updating CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and providing a comprehensive history of customer interactions.
