  • • Are you an energetic, self-driven sales professional with a knack for building strong customer relationships and a passion for exceeding targets? Munters Group AB is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales / Parts and Contract Specialist to join our fully remote team. This pivotal role involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound customer interactions nationwide, focusing on generating sales for essential parts and crucial service and maintenance contracts. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and are motivated by achieving sales goals, this is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a leading global company.
  • • As an Inside Sales / Parts and Contract Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to prepare accurate and competitive quotes for a wide range of parts, as well as for service and maintenance contracts and their renewals. This requires a keen understanding of customer needs and our product offerings. You will be instrumental in tracking these proposals, diligently following up with customers to ensure timely decisions and conversions. Your proactive approach will be key to nurturing leads and converting opportunities into closed deals.
  • • Prospecting for new business is a core component of this role. You will leverage our existing customer database to identify and engage potential clients, actively promoting our comprehensive range of services and spare parts. This involves not only identifying needs but also effectively communicating the value proposition of Munters' solutions. Your success will be directly measured by your ability to close deals and process payments efficiently, contributing directly to the company's revenue growth.
  • • Achieving monthly sales quotas is paramount. You will be expected to consistently meet and exceed your targets through strategic sales efforts, effective negotiation, and a deep understanding of the sales cycle. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships is fundamental to this role. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty, which in turn drives repeat business and referrals.
  • • Effective management of the customer database is essential for tracking interactions, managing leads, and ensuring accurate reporting. You will be responsible for keeping this information up-to-date and utilizing it to inform your sales strategies. Furthermore, you will be expected to develop a comprehensive knowledge of Munters' diverse products and services, enabling you to confidently and competently advise customers and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • • The ideal candidate will be highly computer literate, with proficiency in essential software such as Word, Excel, Astea, and Glovia. Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent telephone etiquette and marketing communication abilities, are critical for engaging with customers effectively. Your organizational skills will be put to the test as you manage your time, prioritize tasks, and ensure diligent follow-up on all leads and proposals.
  • • A sharp attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy in quoting, order processing, and customer record management. You must be capable of handling confidential information and records with the utmost discretion. The ability to analyze gathered information to identify potential problems, discrepancies, or opportunities for improvement is also a key aspect of the role, particularly in tracking monthly quotes for reporting purposes.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will work effectively within a team environment, conferring, cooperating, and communicating seamlessly with all internal departments and supporting areas to ensure a cohesive customer experience. You must be able to read and interpret written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong self-starter initiative and motivational behaviors to drive your own success.
  • • Additional responsibilities may include working overtime when necessary to meet team targets and goals, undertaking special projects as assigned by management, and participating in minor travel (0-10%) for training, projects, and team-building activities. This role demands a proactive, results-oriented individual ready to make a significant impact in a remote sales capacity.
