- • Own a high-velocity sales funnel: every month you will receive ~100 warm inbound leads from motivated property sellers across the United States. Your mission is to move each lead from first “hello” to signed purchase agreement, guiding owners through price discovery, timeline negotiation, and closing logistics.
- • Run the full inside-sales cycle: conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points (foreclosure, probate, relocation, deferred maintenance), present fair-cash offers, handle objections, and secure e-signatures on contracts—all while maintaining a friendly, consultative tone that turns stressed sellers into raving fans.
- • Master our tech stack: live in Podio CRM all day—logging calls, tagging lead stages, setting follow-up tasks, and building custom views that let leadership forecast revenue in real time. You will also leverage Excel for pricing models, OneDrive for document storage, and Outlook for calendar-driven outreach cadences.
- • Hit aggressive but achievable KPIs: 80+ outbound dials per day, 2+ hours of talk time, 15% lead-to-contract conversion, and monthly revenue targets that scale with uncapped commission. Daily dashboards keep you laser-focused on the behaviors that drive results.
- • Build a follow-up machine: nurture long-term prospects using SMS, email, and retargeting calls until they are ready to sell. Your pipeline discipline means no lead is ever “cold”—only “not yet.”
- • Collaborate with acquisition managers, disposition reps, and marketing to refine scripts, test new lead sources, and share market intelligence. Weekly role-play sessions and peer call reviews accelerate your growth from rookie closer to deal-making machine.
- • Champion compliance and customer experience: ensure every file contains required disclosures, proof of funds, and seller acknowledgments so transactions close smoothly with title and escrow partners.
- • Embrace continuous learning: absorb weekly training on advanced negotiation, skip-tracing, creative financing, and objection handling. Top performers are fast-tracked into Team Lead roles where they mentor new reps and design playbooks.
- • Work remotely from Cairo on a stable 9 AM–5 PM EST schedule, giving you evenings free while matching U.S. sellers in their prime decision-making hours.
