📋 Description

• You will communicate with prospective and existing customers by phone and email, understand their needs, present relevant services, and help move opportunities through the sales process.
• The ideal candidate is confident, motivated, and comfortable building relationships while working toward sales goals.
• Contact prospective customers by phone and email.
• Understand customer needs and present relevant services.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through close.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active pipeline.
• Record customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in sales meetings and coaching sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of inside or phone-based sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by results.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using CRM and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

🏖️ Benefits

• $45,000–$65,000 base salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Additional compensation and employment details will be discussed during the hiring process.
