  • • Your day-to-day will involve conducting a significant volume of outbound calls and email follow-ups to businesses located within defined geographic territories, with a particular emphasis on the Eastern U.S. You will be tasked with re-engaging previous clients or those who have previously lapsed, utilizing tailored and persuasive messaging that highlights the unique benefits of the company's print and direct mail advertising products. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours, specifically aligned with the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone (9 AM - 5 PM EST). This ensures effective communication and collaboration with clients and the internal sales team.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in inside sales, cold calling, or B2B lead generation, demonstrating a track record of success in driving new business.
  • • Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and various outbound communication tools, including email, phone systems, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
  • • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly, concisely, and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, organize outreach efforts systematically, and work independently with a high degree of self-motivation and accountability.
  • • Experience in advertising, media, or related sales environments is strongly preferred; exposure to print, shared mail, or digital advertising is a significant plus.
  • • Previous experience working within targeted territories or executing geographic-specific sales campaigns is preferred; experience selling to small-market or lower to mid-sized population business clients is a valuable asset.
