- • As an Inside Sales Representative at Smartcare, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers in the commercial food, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment industry. Your outreach efforts will directly contribute to building a strong sales pipeline and supporting the field sales team in closing deals.
- • Day to day, you will conduct outbound phone and email campaigns to prospect decision-makers, qualify leads based on budget, need, timeline, and fit, schedule meetings for field sales representatives, generate work orders, maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate with marketing and sales on campaigns, and provide feedback to improve outreach effectiveness while striving to meet or exceed Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) and activity targets.

- • In this role, you will develop core B2B sales competencies including lead qualification, consultative communication, CRM proficiency, and sales pipeline management. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a growing, private equity-backed organization, with clear pathways to advance into field sales, account management, or sales leadership positions.
