- • As an Inside Sales Representative (Industrial/Trades) for HD Supply Holdings, LLC, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing customer orders, quotation requests, and building long-term relationships in the industrial and trades sectors. Your work directly supports the company’s profitability and market expansion through consultative selling and solution-based engagement.
- • Day to day, you will prospect and develop relationships with new and existing B2B customers, enter and fulfill orders, manage inventory and project needs, generate quotes using market and industry knowledge, negotiate volume/discount tradeoffs based on pricing elasticity, and consistently meet or exceed sales, margin, and profitability targets using HD Supply’s tools and business practices.
- • You will join a dynamic sales team within HD Supply, a leading distributor of industrial and construction products, operating in a remote-friendly environment across ATL, TX, or FL. The team values independence, accountability, and professional communication, and supports junior staff through guidance and technical assistance while fostering an inclusive, equitable workplace culture.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative and solution-selling skills, deepen your expertise in industrial products (hardware, electrical, lighting), master CRM platforms like Salesforce, and strengthen your ability to drive revenue in a remote/hybrid setting—positioning you for growth into senior sales or account management roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of sales or sales support experience
- • Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce or similar CRM
- • Experience in B2B sales and consultative/solution selling
- • Strong organizational skills and professional phone etiquette for inbound/outbound call environments
