  • • Drive revenue by converting inbound marketing-qualified leads into customers and upselling existing customers via phone, email, and CRM in a high-volume, phone-first inside sales role focused on lead conversion, pipeline hygiene, and meeting sales targets.
  • • Make high-volume outbound calls to newly acquired marketing-qualified leads using multi-touch cadences (calls, emails, WhatsApp), qualify leads, address objections, demonstrate value, and close/onboard new customers within a 30-day window while documenting outcomes in the CRM.
  • • Use the ticketing system to proactively contact existing customers for upsell/cross-sell opportunities, recover at-risk accounts, prevent churn, and capture incremental GMV through tailored offers.
  • • Maintain accurate CRM and ticket records, provide feedback on lead quality and scripts to improve conversion rates, meet daily/weekly activity targets and monthly GMV/conversion/retention KPIs, and coordinate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to optimize onboarding and retention flows.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1–3 years of inside sales, telesales, or customer outreach experience, with preference for high-volume call environments.
  • • Fluency in English plus C1-level proficiency in German and Polish (spoken and written).
  • • Strong phone presence, persuasive communication, and objection-handling skills.
  • • Comfort with multi-attempt outbound cadences and target-driven, KPI-focused work.
  • • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk.
  • • Results-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple leads and accounts simultaneously.
  • • Basic understanding of restaurant industry needs is a plus.
