  • • As an Inside Sales Representative at Novanta, you will drive lead and opportunity development, own the sales contract process, build strong customer relationships, and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will manage the quoting process, maintain CRM data quality, track performance metrics, and deliver customer and market insights to support strategic decisions. You will collaborate across functions on customer application development and solution innovation while owning your customer portfolio to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • • Day to day, you will proactively identify and follow up on new business opportunities, prepare accurate quotes, manage contract execution, maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems, monitor KPIs for forecasting, and serve as a trusted point of contact through consistent communication and responsiveness. You will also contribute to multi-functional teams working on technical solutions and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
