- • Build and relentlessly qualify a high-velocity pipeline of 150+ net-new opportunities per quarter through outbound calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted events, turning cold leads into closed-won logos.
- • Run discovery calls that uncover pain points around legacy integrations, manual data flows, and siloed SaaS stacks; translate those pains into crisp business cases that prove ROI in weeks, not months.
- • Deliver tailored product demos and white-board sessions that showcase how Jitterbit’s low-code platform slashes integration time by 70 % and frees IT teams to focus on innovation instead of maintenance.
- • Quarterback the entire sales cycle—first call to signed order form—while partnering with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Channel Allies to ensure every deal lands smoothly and expands rapidly.
- • Exceed quarterly ARR quotas of $500K+ and annual targets of $2M+, consistently ranking in the top 10 % of the global ISR team and earning President’s Club trips to Hawaii and the Caribbean.
- • Leverage Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and 6sense to orchestrate data-driven campaigns, track every touchpoint, and refine messaging in real time for maximum conversion.
- • Serve as the voice of the Mid-Atlantic market inside Jitterbit, feeding competitive intel, pricing feedback, and feature requests directly to Product Marketing and Engineering to shape the next-gen roadmap.
- • Mentor new BDRs and interns, sharing call scripts, objection-handling tactics, and territory-planning templates that cut ramp time in half and build a culture of winning.
- • Travel up to 20 % for high-stakes onsite meetings, regional trade shows, and customer roadshows, turning every handshake into a long-term partnership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of full-cycle inside sales experience selling B2B SaaS, integration, or data solutions to SMBs with a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- • Demonstrated fluency in Salesforce CRM and modern sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, or equivalent)
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field—or equivalent military or professional experience
- • Nice-to-have: working knowledge of iPaaS, API management, EDI, or low-code platforms; existing network of Mid-Atlantic tech decision-makers
