Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Own the full-cycle SMB sales motion for the Mid-Atlantic territory, generating $1.5–$3 M in new ARR annually by positioning Jitterbit’s iPaaS, low-code application development, and EDI solutions as the strategic backbone of digital transformation for companies with 50–2,000 employees.
  • • Build and relentlessly manage a high-velocity pipeline: 60+ qualified opportunities per quarter sourced through outbound sequences, targeted ABM campaigns, channel partner referrals, and rapid-response inbound follow-up, all tracked in Salesforce with meticulous stage hygiene and forecast accuracy above 90 %.
  • • Run consultative discovery calls with CTOs, VP-Ops, and Integration Directors to surface pain points around legacy middleware, manual EDI, and siloed SaaS stacks; translate findings into tailored ROI models that quantify cost savings, risk reduction, and revenue acceleration within 30-, 60-, and 90-day windows.
  • • Deliver crisp, visually compelling demos and custom proof-of-concepts using Jitterbit’s latest release features—API creation wizards, AI-powered mapping, and real-time event streaming—to prove technical fit and accelerate deal cycles from 120 to 45 days.
  • • Orchestrate virtual closing events that include security, legal, and procurement stakeholders; negotiate multi-year subscription agreements with uplift clauses and expansion triggers that secure 120 % net-revenue retention.
  • • Partner daily with Solutions Consultants, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to craft vertical-specific messaging for retail, manufacturing, and healthcare prospects, ensuring every deck, battlecard, and email sequence is battle-tested and localized for the Mid-Atlantic market.
  • • Leverage the full modern sales tech stack—Salesloft cadences, LinkedIn Sales Navigator intent alerts, 6sense account scoring, Gong conversation intelligence, and Tableau dashboards—to prioritize effort, personalize outreach, and iterate tactics in real time.
  • • Champion customer success stories in the region: produce 2-minute win videos, co-host quarterly webinars with reference clients, and speak at local tech meetups to amplify Jitterbit’s brand and generate warm inbound interest.
  • • Provide closed-loop feedback to Product Management on feature gaps, competitive threats, and pricing sensitivity uncovered in the field, directly influencing the quarterly roadmap and giving you a seat at the table in shaping the next generation of integration software.
  • • Exceed quarterly quotas of $400 k ARR while maintaining a 4:1 pipeline coverage ratio and logging 30+ meaningful customer interactions per week; celebrate wins and dissect losses in weekly team huddles that foster radical transparency and continuous improvement.
  • • Embrace a culture of experimentation: A/B test email subject lines, call openers, and demo story arcs; share winning plays in the #sales-playbook Slack channel to lift team performance across North America.
  • • Travel up to 20 % for high-stakes onsite meetings, regional trade shows, and customer QBRs, ensuring face-to-face relationship depth that differentiates Jitterbit in a crowded iPaaS market.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–4 years of full-cycle inside sales experience selling B2B SaaS, integration software, or enterprise applications with a consistent record of hitting or exceeding $300 k+ annual quota.
  • • Demonstrated fluency in Salesforce CRM, Salesloft (or Outreach), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern forecasting methodology; ability to maintain 95 % data hygiene and deliver accurate weekly commits.
  • • Strong technical curiosity: comfortable discussing REST/JSON APIs, EDI X12/EDIFACT standards, and low-code integration concepts in customer conversations without relying solely on pre-sales engineers.
  • • Excellent remote-first communication skills—concise email writing, persuasive presentation delivery over Zoom, and active listening that uncovers latent buyer needs.
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or related field preferred; equivalent military or bootcamp experience also valued.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive OTE of $110 k–$130 k with uncapped commission accelerators and President’s Club trips to destinations like Maui and Barcelona for top 10 % performers.
  • • Remote-first flexibility—work from your home office in Allentown or anywhere in the Mid-Atlantic with a $1,500 stipend to build your ideal workspace and $250 monthly connectivity allowance.
  • • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage starting day one, plus a 401(k) with 4 % company match and immediate vesting.
  • • Annual professional development budget of $3,000 for certifications, conferences, or tuition reimbursement to keep your skills sharp and career trajectory steep.
