- • As an Inside Sales Representative at CDK Global, you will drive revenue by developing relationships with automotive dealerships to help them maximize CRM systems, uncover customer opportunities, and increase sales and gross profit through targeted marketing campaigns.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include uncovering dealer needs, following up on inbound leads within 24 hours, achieving or exceeding monthly sales quotas, conducting 90% of client interactions via phone and video, managing outreach campaigns, utilizing Salesforce to track pipeline and forecast, and collaborating with Call Center, Graphic Design, and Data teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
