  • • Prospect for new sales opportunities through outbound phone calls and email campaigns to expand customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • • Facilitate the full sales cycle by responding to inbound customer inquiries regarding orders, quotations, and product availability via phone, email, and electronic communication.
  • • Manage and track open sales orders, resolve customer issues, and provide timely follow-up to ensure smooth transaction completion and customer satisfaction.
  • • Determine accurate product pricing by consulting internal pricing matrices and company guidelines to maintain target margin goals while meeting customer expectations.
  • • Develop code directives for specific products to align with pricing strategies and profitability targets.
  • • Perform estimating, take-off, and proposal preparation duties as needed to support sales initiatives and customer requests.
  • • Maintain high standards of professional phone etiquette and communication in a fast-paced inbound and outbound call environment.
  • • Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce and MS Excel to log activities, manage leads, track sales progress, and generate reports.
  • • Work independently as a self-starter with accountability for meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas in a remote/hybrid work setting.
  • • Collaborate with outside sales teams by processing and escalating customer requests, ensuring seamless handoffs and consistent service delivery.
  • • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs and matching them with appropriate HD Supply product offerings.
  • • Refer complex or unusual customer problems to supervisors while resolving routine issues autonomously within established policies and procedures.
  • • Ensure compliance with company procedures, pricing controls, and sales protocols during all customer interactions.
  • • Maintain strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines efficiently in a remote work environment.
  • • Demonstrate knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, and lighting to provide informed recommendations and build customer trust.
  • • Adapt to evolving sales processes and systems while continuously improving performance through feedback and performance reviews.
