- • As an Inside Sales Representative for USABlueBook (a division of HD Supply), you will serve as the business owner of your customer portfolio, building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the water and wastewater industry to drive profitable growth through quota attainment.
- • Day to day, you will prospect for new sales opportunities via outbound calling and emailing, facilitate the sales process through project management and tracking open orders, resolve customer issues, provide product pricing using pricing matrices, and perform estimating, take-off, and proposal duties as needed.
- • USABlueBook is the recognized source of products and technical support for professional water and wastewater operators, founded by utility operators with a mission to remain the industry’s top technical and customer service leader; HD Supply provides a stable, inclusive environment committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- • In this role, you will develop strong B2B sales and customer relationship management skills, gain deep industry knowledge of water and wastewater products, and achieve measurable sales growth while working remotely with a structured schedule and clear performance incentives.
🎯 Requirements
- • HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred
- • 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or related B2B sales role
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- • B2B experience and CRM knowledge is a plus
- • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
