- • Own and aggressively grow a multi-million-dollar pipeline of new-logo opportunities across the western U.S. SMB market—this is a pure hunting role where your quarterly target is only the starting line.
- • Map, penetrate and dominate an assigned territory of 300-500 accounts, turning cold leads into loyal Jitterbit champions through relentless prospecting, social selling, and creative outreach campaigns that consistently deliver 3–5 new meetings per day.
- • Run the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract: qualify inbound MQLs, run discovery calls, deliver tailored demos of our iPaaS, low-code app-dev, and EDI solutions, build business cases, negotiate commercials, and close deals averaging $25-75K ARR with a 30-day average sales cycle.
- • Build and maintain a 3x pipeline in Salesforce; forecast with 90 %+ accuracy every week and use Outreach, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to automate and optimize every step of the buyer journey while capturing actionable insights that improve win rates.
- • Partner daily with SDRs, Solution Consultants, Channel Managers, and Customer Success to craft account plans, co-sell with tech partners (AWS, Microsoft, SAP), and ensure flawless hand-offs that set customers up for rapid time-to-value and expansion within 90 days.
- • Deliver 5-7 high-impact virtual presentations each week to CFOs, CTOs, and Operations VPs, translating complex integration pain into clear ROI stories that make saying “yes” inevitable and shorten procurement cycles.
- • Stay razor-sharp on industry trends—API management, EDI modernization, citizen development—so you can challenge prospects’ thinking and position Jitterbit as the strategic platform of choice for digital transformation initiatives.
- • Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement by sharing winning plays, refining talk tracks, and beta-testing new sales-enablement tools that keep us ahead of the competition and elevate team performance.
- • Exceed quarterly and annual ARR quotas (OTE $140K+) while building a reputation as the most consultative, data-driven seller in the valley and earning Presidents Club trips to global destinations.
- • Represent Jitterbit at regional trade shows, webinars, and customer events, turning every handshake into a pipeline opportunity and every success story into a reference that fuels our next wave of growth.
