- • As an Inside Sales Specialist 2 at DexCom, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission to transform diabetes care through continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology by engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs) remotely to drive product adoption and improve patient outcomes.
- • You will contribute directly to DexCom’s vision of becoming a leading consumer health technology company by expanding access to life-changing biosensing technology through strategic, value-based sales engagements in your assigned territory.
- • Achieve quarterly sales targets while consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to market share growth, customer acquisition, and territory performance.
- • Educate and train healthcare providers on DexCom’s CGM systems using innovative, engaging, and value-driven approaches tailored to individual and group settings, both virtually and in-person.
- • Develop and execute strategic territory plans by analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- • Leverage DexCom’s CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to manage customer interactions, track activities, maintain accurate records, and support targeted marketing journeys for effective lead nurturing.
- • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with HCPs and key stakeholders by serving as a knowledgeable and reliable resource who addresses both expressed and unrecognized customer needs.
- • Support and execute company-wide initiatives within your territory across virtual and in-person channels, ensuring alignment with DexCom’s values, culture, and strategic objectives.
- • Stay current on the diabetes landscape, including evolving healthcare regulations, market dynamics, and competitor offerings, to inform selling strategies and positioning.
- • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of DexCom products and diabetes management (Type 1 and Type 2), applying this expertise confidently in customer conversations and completing all required assessments.
- • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and CRM-driven insights while maintaining disciplined operational habits, including timely reporting and administrative task completion.
- • Bring a proactive, growth-oriented mindset to continuously seek ways to expand product adoption and drive performance within your territory.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2–5 years of related experience in sales, healthcare, medical devices, or a comparable field.
- • Proven ability to achieve sales goals and KPIs in a target-driven environment, preferably within healthcare, medical technology, or pharmaceutical industries.
- • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for managing customer interactions, tracking activities, and supporting sales processes.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals effectively in both virtual and in-person settings.
- • Demonstrated knowledge of or willingness to learn about diabetes (Type 1 and Type 2), diabetes management, and the healthcare landscape.
- • Experience in medical devices or healthcare is preferred; additional language skills (e.g., French) are considered a plus.
