  • • Own the top-of-funnel for Mexico: you will be the first human touchpoint for hundreds of high-growth e-commerce, retail, and enterprise brands, turning cold interest into warm, sales-qualified pipelines that our Account Executives can close.
  • • Run a disciplined, data-driven outbound motion every day: 60–80 personalized calls, 40–50 tailored emails, and laser-focused LinkedIn/WhatsApp touches that speak to the prospect’s KPIs, tech stack, and growth stage.
  • • Master our AI-powered sales stack (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and our own Insider One CDP) to research accounts, trigger intent signals, and craft hyper-relevant messaging that converts at 2–3Ă— industry average.
  • • Map and penetrate target accounts: identify economic buyers, champions, and blockers across marketing, CRM, product, and IT; build multi-threaded relationships so that when budget appears, Insider One is already shortlisted.
  • • Collaborate daily with Marketing to turn MQLs into SQLs, feeding back field intelligence that sharpens campaigns, content, and event strategy for the Mexico market.
  • • Run discovery calls that uncover pain points around cart abandonment, cross-channel orchestration, and first-party data activation; articulate ROI using real customer stories from Samsung, Nike, L’OrĂ©al, and other local success cases.
  • • Maintain a 3Ă— pipeline coverage in Salesforce, forecast accurately, and hit or exceed monthly and quarterly meeting-setting quotas (12–15 qualified meetings per month to start, scaling to 20+ within six months).
  • • Iterate relentlessly: A/B test subject lines, call openers, cadence timing, and persona-based value props; share wins and losses weekly so the entire LATAM pod levels up together.
  • • Champion our social-impact ethos: weave stories about SheCodes, AI Training for Teachers, and 100 Social Responsibility Projects into conversations to show prospects that partnering with Insider One also uplifts communities.
  • • Become the go-to Insider One evangelist at local e-commerce meetups, webinars, and industry roundtables—building your personal brand while filling the top of the funnel.
  • • After 12–18 months of consistent overachievement, step into an Account Executive or Team Lead track, mentoring new SDRs and shaping the next phase of Mexico growth.
