📋 Description

• As a Veterinary Imaging Consultant (VIC) for IDEXX Laboratories' Diagnostic Imaging and Telemedicine Center of Excellence, you will drive revenue growth by closing sales of Web PACS, Telemedicine, and CardioPet solutions, directly impacting veterinary practices' ability to improve diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations via webinar, maintaining accurate Salesforce records, probing for competitive activity, coordinating cross-product opportunities with other IDEXX representatives, attending industry shows as needed, and consistently delivering sales forecasts to support business planning.
• You will join a specialized team within IDEXX’s Center of Excellence focused on advancing veterinary diagnostic imaging and telemedicine, collaborating with Associate Veterinary Imaging Consultants (AVICs) who pre-qualify leads and Veterinary Imaging Account Managers who provide referrals, all working toward expanding access to innovative animal health technologies.
• In this role, you will develop advanced consultative selling skills, deepen your expertise in veterinary imaging technology, master Salesforce and sales forecasting, and build a track record of closing complex, multi-product sales opportunities — positioning you for growth into senior sales or account management roles within IDEXX’s high-impact animal health division.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of closing deals
• Ability to negotiate and close sales using a consultative selling approach
• Capability to absorb and articulate technical information about imaging and telemedicine products
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly with veterinary professionals
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Veterinary industry experience is a plus
