- • Become the data storyteller that the world’s biggest media, platform and technology brands rely on to decode digital behaviour. As an Insight Analyst at GlobalWebIndex you will sit at the intersection of data science, market research and strategic consulting, transforming one of the richest global datasets on digital consumers into narratives that move markets.
- • Own end-to-end insight projects for household-name clients such as Spotify, Google, TikTok and WPP. From the moment a brief lands you will scope objectives, interrogate GWI’s 700k+ respondent panel across 50+ markets, and surface the “aha” moments that reshape how brands allocate multi-million-pound budgets.
- • Design and execute quantitative analyses that answer questions like “Why are Gen Z abandoning traditional social feeds for closed-community messaging?” or “How will the rise of creator economy platforms cannibalise brand advertising spend?” You will blend survey data with behavioural and attitudinal signals to build 360-degree audience portraits.
- • Translate complex findings into razor-sharp deliverables: 50-slide board decks, two-page strategic briefs, interactive dashboards and live client workshops. Every visual, headline and footnote must be so clear that a CMO can act on it within minutes of reading.
- • Partner daily with our Revenue (sales) team to shape proposals, scope work and upsell follow-on studies. You will join discovery calls, translate commercial objectives into analytical plans and ensure every project is profitable, on-time and exceeds client expectations.
- • Present insights with confidence to rooms full of sceptical executives. Whether you are on stage at a Cannes Lions fringe event or in a Google boardroom in Dublin, you will field tough questions, defend methodology and inspire action.
- • Champion data integrity and curiosity across the business. You will peer-review colleagues’ work, contribute to our internal knowledge base and spot opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using Excel macros, SQL snippets or Google Apps Script.
- • Stay ahead of digital culture. Memes move fast—so you will monitor emerging platforms, track micro-community growth and feed your discoveries back into GWI’s product roadmap, ensuring our data remains the gold standard for audience intelligence.
- • Work in a hybrid-remote model anchored by our London hub. Wednesdays are collaboration days in the office; the rest of the week you can dial in from anywhere in the UK. We trust you to manage your own time and deliverables.
- • Grow fast. Within 12 months top performers move into Senior Analyst or Client Director tracks, owning larger accounts and mentoring junior teammates. Your progression is limited only by your ambition and the stories you can tell with data.
