- • The Institutional Aid Specialist plays a vital role in supporting student success by managing and coordinating internal and external scholarship programs and various forms of institutional aid, ensuring accurate awarding and compliance with program requirements.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the awarding of institutional aid (such as scholarships, Federal Work Study, CARES/HEERF, institutional loans, and state grants), monitoring departmental emails, serving as an information resource for students and staff, responding to inquiries from faculty, staff, students, and external partners, supporting team processes, assisting with scholarship budget monitoring and reconciliation, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, attending required meetings and trainings, providing composed support during student escalations, and participating in special projects as needed.
