• • As an Institutional Client Services Associate at Interactive Brokers LLC, you will serve as a key liaison to professional clients, providing exceptional service to banks, hedge funds, financial advisors, and introducing brokers while building long-term relationships and ensuring seamless onboarding.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting technical, account, and trade-related queries via phone, ticket, and live chat; escalating high-level issues to stakeholders; assisting with multiple trading platforms (desktop, mobile, browser); managing relationships with key institutional clients; leading project management for platform and process enhancements; and supporting ad hoc duties such as client training and market research.
