This dynamic team operates with a multifaceted approach, requiring its members to possess a versatile skill set encompassing strategic planning, technical sales, solutions engineering, go-to-market strategy development, product management, and sophisticated relationship management. • • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Growth Lead to spearhead our strategic initiatives within Greater China, a region renowned for its advanced technological and financial sectors. This pivotal role demands a leader capable of defining and executing Solana Foundation's engagement strategy, cultivating profound relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, senior executives at prominent banks, and influential financial institutions. Furthermore, the role involves providing crucial support to Web3 builders and enterprise partners, fostering an environment conducive to innovation and adoption on the Solana network.
• • As the Institutional Growth Lead, you will be responsible for defining and executing Solana's business development strategy specifically tailored for institutional adoption within the Greater China market. This strategy must be meticulously aligned with the Foundation's overarching global objectives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach to market penetration and growth. You will be the primary architect of our engagement with the institutional sector, identifying key opportunities and developing actionable plans to capitalize on them.
• • A core component of this role involves building and nurturing deep, trust-based relationships with senior executives across a spectrum of financial entities. This includes major banks, traditional financial institutions, influential regulatory bodies, and leading payment companies. Your ability to understand their needs, articulate Solana's value proposition, and identify areas of mutual interest will be critical to establishing Solana as a preferred blockchain solution for institutional use cases.
• • You will play a vital role in supporting the local Superteams and ecosystem partners in Greater China. This support will be crucial for enabling them to build, scale, and launch impactful projects on the Solana blockchain. By providing strategic guidance, technical insights, and facilitating connections, you will empower these partners to harness the full potential of Solana's technology, thereby accelerating ecosystem development and driving real-world adoption.
• • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely and cross-functionally with global teams on critical initiatives related to tokenization, the development and integration of stablecoins, and broader institutional adoption strategies. This ensures that regional efforts are integrated into the global roadmap and benefit from shared knowledge and resources.
• • Representing the Solana Foundation externally is a significant aspect of your responsibilities. You will be the face of the Foundation at key industry events, high-profile conferences, and crucial regulatory forums within China. Your presence and communication will be instrumental in shaping perceptions, building credibility, and advocating for the adoption of Solana technology.
