- • As an Institutional Sales Manager for Southeast Asia at Binance, you will drive growth and deepen relationships with institutional clients across the region, playing a critical role in expanding Binance’s footprint in the fast-evolving digital asset market.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and prospecting high-net-worth individuals, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and other institutional investors; conducting tailored presentations and product demonstrations; negotiating and closing deals; managing the full sales cycle; and maintaining long-term client relationships through regular engagement and market insights.
- • You will join Binance’s VIP & Institutional Team, a global unit built by the world’s largest digital asset exchange by trading volume, dedicated to serving sophisticated market participants including hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, investment banks, and more. The team operates with a remote-first, globally distributed model, offering exposure to diverse markets and cross-border collaboration.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in institutional crypto sales, refine your ability to navigate complex financial ecosystems, and build a high-value client portfolio while working alongside top-tier professionals in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment that rewards initiative and results.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in institutional sales, preferably within financial services, fintech, or digital assets
- • Strong network of contacts among hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, or other institutional investors in Southeast Asia
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to sophisticated clients
- • Self-motivated, target-driven individual capable of thriving in a remote, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment
- • Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to SEA markets (e.g., Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa) are a plus
