📋 Description

• • As an Instructional Designer at Deel, you will play a pivotal role in empowering the company’s global Go-To-Market (GTM) teams by designing scalable, engaging, and measurable learning experiences that directly impact performance, ramp time, and consistency across a distributed workforce of over 7,000 employees in more than 100 countries. Your work will ensure that sales, customer success, and other GTM functions are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional service in a complex, fast-moving global SaaS environment.
• • You will own the end-to-end design of learning initiatives, collaborating closely with Enablement Managers, product experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to transform intricate product features, compliance requirements, and sales methodologies into clear, accessible, and brand-aligned training content. This includes creating modular eLearning courses, microlearning videos, job aids, and blended learning paths using industry-standard tools and AI-enhanced workflows.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve designing engaging, modular learning experiences that align with business objectives and learner needs; developing SCORM-compliant modules, short-form videos, and interactive assets using Articulate Rise/Storyline and AI tools; translating complex product and process information into actionable learning content; evaluating and iterating on materials based on engagement data, assessments, and learner feedback; managing multiple projects from concept to launch while maintaining timelines and quality standards; participating in peer reviews to uphold content consistency; maintaining version control across Deel’s enablement content library; tracking learning effectiveness through metrics and stakeholder input; and recommending process improvements to enhance scalability and learner experience.
